The agreement between you and Lukie when you use our AI content tools. We've tried to keep it readable — there's a plain‑English summary right below.
The short version
- Use Lukie for lawful, respectful purposes. Don't break things, abuse the service, or generate content that's illegal or harmful.
- You own what you create. By creating it, you give us a limited license to store, process and display it so the service can run.
- AI output isn't perfect — review it before you rely on it, and don't pass it off as legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Lukie runs on credits. Plans renew automatically; you can cancel anytime; purchased credit packs don't expire.
- We use trusted third‑party AI providers (xAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Google, Black Forest Labs and others) to power generations.
- We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. The service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to what's allowed by law.

1Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lukie website, applications, APIs, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Lukie ("Lukie", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2Eligibility & Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
When you create an account you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date;
- Keep your password and any access credentials confidential;
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may require you to verify your email address before certain features become available, and we may limit, suspend, or close accounts that contain false information, are used by more than one person without authorization, or are created to evade prior enforcement actions.
3The Lukie Service
Lukie is an AI content‑creation platform that lets you generate voiceovers, images, video, music, sound effects, webpages, code, and assisted text/chat, among other tools. The Service relies on a combination of our own software and third‑party artificial‑intelligence models (see Section 9). Available tools, models, limits, and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time as the underlying technology evolves.
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service itself (as opposed to the content you generate with it);
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, or prompts that power the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except through a documented API and within its published limits;
- Circumvent usage limits, credit metering, rate limits, or access controls.
4Plans, Credits & Billing
Most generations on Lukie consume credits. Different actions cost different amounts depending on the model, output length, and quality you select. Your plan includes a recurring credit allowance, and you can purchase additional credit packs at any time.

Payments are processed by our third‑party payment provider (currently Stripe). You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for all fees due. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Chargebacks or payment reversals made in bad faith may result in suspension of your account.
5Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. You must not use Lukie — or content generated with it — to:
- Break the law, or facilitate or promote illegal activity;
- Create sexual content involving minors, or any non‑consensual intimate imagery;
- Generate content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups;
- Impersonate a real person or organization, or clone someone's voice or likeness without their clear consent;
- Produce disinformation, scams, phishing, malware, or content designed to deceive or defraud;
- Infringe intellectual‑property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including overwhelming infrastructure or evading rate limits);
- Use outputs to train competing AI models or to build a substantially similar competing service.
We may use automated and manual review to detect violations. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on the severity.
6Your Content & Licenses
"Your Content" means the prompts, files, audio, images, text, and other materials you submit to the Service, plus the outputs generated for you ("Outputs").
You keep your rights. As between you and Lukie, you retain ownership of Your Content, including Outputs, to the extent such ownership is available under applicable law. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit it and to use the Outputs.
License to us. You grant Lukie a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting and resizing), transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and to comply with the law. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for residual copies in backups for a limited period and copies retained as legally required.
Showcasing. Some parts of the Service include public galleries (for example, "Explore"). Content is only shown publicly if you choose to publish it. You can unpublish content at any time, although cached copies may persist for a short time.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
7AI‑Generated Output
Outputs are produced by machine‑learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for your purpose. Outputs may also be similar to content generated for other users. You should:
- Independently review, edit, and fact‑check Outputs before using or publishing them;
- Not rely on Outputs as professional advice — Lukie does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice;
- Disclose AI involvement where required by law or platform rules;
- Make sure your use of an Output doesn't infringe third‑party rights — we don't guarantee that Outputs are free of third‑party claims.
Different AI providers attach different terms to the content their models produce; by using a given model you also agree to that provider's applicable usage policies. We may filter or refuse certain prompts or Outputs to comply with law, provider terms, or our Acceptable Use policy.
8Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the "Lukie" name and marks, are and will remain the exclusive property of Lukie and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you except the limited license to use the Service described in Section 3.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on Lukie infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with: a description of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good‑faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act, and your signature. We will respond to valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
9Third‑Party Models & Services
Lukie integrates third‑party AI providers and infrastructure to deliver the Service. Depending on the tool and model you choose, your prompts and inputs may be transmitted to and processed by providers such as xAI (Grok), Anthropic (Claude), ElevenLabs, Google (Gemini, Imagen), Black Forest Labs (FLUX), Replicate, and others, along with hosting, storage, email, and payment providers.
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their handling of your data. We aren't responsible for third‑party services we don't control, and the availability of any specific model is not guaranteed. The Privacy Policy describes our use of sub‑processors in more detail.
10Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access — in whole or in part, with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, to protect the Service or other users, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period.
On termination: your right to use the Service ends immediately; we may delete Your Content (subject to backup retention and legal holds); and any provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms — will survive.
11Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error‑free, or that Outputs will meet your expectations or be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKIE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lukie and its affiliates and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service or Outputs; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third‑party right.
14Changes to the Service & These Terms
We are constantly improving Lukie, so features, tools, models, limits, and pricing may change over time. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also revise these Terms; when we do, we'll update the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. If you don't agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
15Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lukie is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any disputes not subject to other dispute‑resolution provisions. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have over your data.
The short version
- We collect what you give us (account details, prompts, files) and basic usage and device data to run and improve Lukie.
- Your prompts and inputs are sent to the AI provider you choose so they can generate your Output. We don't sell your personal data.
- We share data only with the service providers we need to operate (AI models, hosting, storage, email, payments) and where the law requires.
- You can access, export, correct, or delete your data — including deleting your account — from settings or by emailing us.
- We use cookies for sign‑in and basic analytics. You can control non‑essential cookies in your browser.

1Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Service, and information from third parties such as our payment and login providers.
Account data
Name, email, username, password hash, profile photo, plan, and authentication identifiers (including Google Sign‑In if used).
Content data
Prompts, uploaded files, audio, images, and the Outputs you generate, plus titles and metadata you add.
Usage data
Which tools and models you use, credits consumed, generation history, timestamps, and feature interactions.
Device & log data
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring pages, and error logs.
Payment data
Billing details and transaction records. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we don't store full card details.
Communications
Messages you send to support, feedback, and your preferences for product and marketing emails.
Cookies & local storage
Session tokens kept in your browser to keep you signed in, plus identifiers for analytics and preferences. See Section 4.
2How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service, including processing your generations;
- Manage your account, plan, credits, and billing;
- Personalize your experience and remember your settings;
- Monitor, analyze, debug, and improve the Service and develop new features;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- Send you transactional messages (verification, receipts, important notices) and — with your consent where required — product updates;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3AI Processing & Sub‑processors
To generate Outputs, the prompts, files, and inputs you submit are transmitted to the AI provider associated with the model you select. Those providers process the data to return a result and may retain it briefly for abuse monitoring and reliability, subject to their own policies. We choose providers that we believe maintain appropriate security and privacy practices, but we don't control their systems.

4Cookies & Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in — session and authentication tokens (strictly necessary; the Service won't work without these);
- Remember preferences — UI settings, recently used tools and models;
- Understand usage — aggregate analytics about which features are used and where errors occur.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may break sign‑in and other features. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non‑essential cookies.
5How We Share Information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers / sub‑processors — as described in Section 3, under contracts requiring them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions;
- At your direction — when you publish content to a public gallery or share it via a link;
- Legal reasons — to comply with law, legal process, or lawful government requests, and to protect the rights, safety, and property of Lukie, our users, or the public;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we'll require the recipient to honor this policy or notify you of any material change;
- With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time.
6Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security — and except for residual copies in routine backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis.
7Data Security
We use industry‑standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (and at rest for stored files), access controls, hashed passwords, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where required by law.
8Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise many of these directly:
- Access & portability — view your profile, creations, and history in your account; request an export by email;
- Correction — update your profile details in account settings;
- Deletion — delete individual creations, or delete your entire account from settings;
- Marketing — unsubscribe from product emails via the link in any such email, or in your preferences.
For any request we can't fulfill in‑app, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data‑protection authority.
9International Data Transfers
Lukie operates globally, and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.
10Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. We'll update the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, notify you in‑app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Lukie is an AI content‑creation platform that brings several creative tools together in one place: voiceover & text‑to‑speech, image generation, video, music, sound effects, AI webpages, code generation, and assisted text/chat. Instead of juggling separate subscriptions to a dozen AI services, you use one account and one pool of credits.
You can browse the tools and the public "Explore" galleries without signing in, but generating your own content requires a free account so we can track your credits and save your creations. Signing up takes about a minute, and you can use Google Sign‑In if you prefer.
Currently: Voiceover (multi‑voice TTS & voice cloning), Image generation, Video generation, Music and Sound effects, Webpages (generate HTML landing pages from a description), Code generation, and Chat / Language (translate, rewrite, and assisted writing). New tools and models are added regularly — check the dashboard for the latest.
Credits are Lukie's usage currency. Each generation costs a number of credits that depends on the tool, the model you pick, and the output settings (length, resolution, quality). Lighter, faster models cost less; premium and higher‑resolution models cost more. Your plan refills a credit allowance each billing cycle, and you can top up with credit packs anytime.
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't carry over. Credits you purchase separately in a top‑up pack never expire — they stay in your balance until you use them. Plan credits are always spent before purchased credits.
If a generation fails because of an error on our side or a provider outage, you aren't charged for it — or, if credits were already deducted, they're returned to your balance. If you cancel a generation yourself partway through, partial usage may still be counted.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time — there's no cancellation fee. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free tier. We don't generally prorate refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards and several local payment methods depending on your country. Lukie never sees or stores your full card number.
We integrate leading models from multiple providers so you can pick the best one for each job:
- Voice & TTS — ElevenLabs, Kokoro, and voice‑cloning models like Chatterbox.
- Image — FLUX (Black Forest Labs), Google Imagen, and newer models as they're added.
- Video — a rotating lineup of top text‑to‑video and image‑to‑video models.
- Text, chat & code — xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Music & sound effects — generative audio models for tracks and SFX.
The exact lineup changes as the field moves — you'll always see the current options in each tool's model picker.
Each model in the picker shows what it's best at, how fast it is, and how many credits it costs. As a rule of thumb: use the fast/default model for drafts and iteration, then switch to a premium model for the final, higher‑quality version. For text tasks, pick a reasoning‑heavy model for complex work and a fast model for quick rewrites.
Because the underlying models are run by third‑party providers, a model can be temporarily unavailable due to provider maintenance, capacity limits, or because we've paused it. We surface the models that are working at any given moment. If a model you rely on disappears for a while, try an equivalent one or check back later.
Lukie doesn't use your private generations to train our own foundation models. Your prompts and inputs are sent to the provider whose model you select so it can produce your Output; providers handle that data under their own policies, which typically include short‑term retention for abuse monitoring. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You do — to the extent ownership is available under applicable law. You keep the rights to your prompts and the Outputs you generate. We only take a limited license to store, process, and display them so the Service can run. You're responsible for making sure your inputs and your use of the Outputs don't infringe anyone else's rights.
Generally yes — most users create content for commercial projects. Keep in mind that (a) AI‑generated material may have limited or uncertain copyright protection in some countries, (b) some model providers attach their own usage terms, and (c) you still can't use Outputs in ways that break the law or our Acceptable Use rules. When in doubt for a high‑stakes use, get your own legal advice.
By default your creations are private to your account. They only appear in a public gallery (like "Explore") if you choose to publish them, and you can unpublish at any time — though cached copies may linger for a short while.
Only with clear permission. Voice‑cloning features are for voices you own or have explicit, documented consent to use. Cloning a public figure, a colleague, or anyone else without their permission — especially to deceive — violates our Terms and may be illegal.
Anything illegal or harmful: child sexual content, non‑consensual intimate imagery, harassment or hate, impersonation and fraud, malware, election or health disinformation, and content that infringes others' IP or privacy. See the Acceptable Use section of the Terms of Service for the full list. Violations can lead to content removal and account suspension.
Open your account settings from the menu in any tool or on the dashboard. You can update your name, username, email, profile photo, and password there. Changing your email may require re‑verifying the new address.
Email verification confirms you control the address on file. It protects your account, lets us send you receipts and important notices, and helps cut down on spam and abuse. If you didn't get the email, check your spam folder and use the "resend verification" option in settings.
There's a delete‑account option in your account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and creations from the active Service; some data may remain briefly in backups or be retained where the law requires. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first or it will be cancelled as part of deletion.
Change your password immediately, sign out of other sessions if that option is available, and email [email protected] with details. We'll help you secure the account and review recent activity.
Voiceovers and audio export as MP3 (and WAV where supported). Images come as PNG or JPG. Video exports as MP4. Webpages are generated as standalone HTML you can download or publish. Code can be copied or downloaded as files.
Lukie exposes HTTP endpoints that power the app, and we're working toward a documented public API for developers who want to build on top of it. If API access is important to you, let us know via the Contact page so we can prioritize it.
Some prompts or outputs are filtered to comply with the law, the model provider's policies, or our Acceptable Use rules — for example anything sexual involving minors, certain real‑person likenesses, or clearly harmful content. If you think a block was a mistake, rephrase the prompt or contact support with the details.
Heavy models — especially video and high‑resolution images — can take a while, and provider load varies through the day. Give it a minute or two; if it errors out you won't be charged. If something is consistently failing, try a different model, refresh the page, or report it to support with the time and tool you were using.
Lukie works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop, and on modern mobile browsers. For the best experience with the heavier creative tools, a desktop browser is recommended. Make sure third‑party cookies aren't fully blocked, or sign‑in may not work.

How it works
